I must be specific

I don't generally write reviews, and appreciate all those that do, but I found this one worth noting upon. I ordered this same computer 3 consecutive times only to receive 3 computers with 3 different defects.Computer 1: the touch screen did not workComputer 2: the built-in camera did not workComputer 3: damaged pixelsI ended up going with a different brand completely (not listing which brand to avoid any skepticism that I might work for that company). I will say this, I am rating the product a 3 and not a 5 because a computer should not be so likely to be defective. I am rating it a 3 and not a 1 because IF the computer had not been defective, I can tell it would have been an awesome machine-- fast, great touch screen, amazing keyboard, sleek and immensely portable.I had always heard good things about VAIO quality. This was quite disappointing. Though, I will say this: Amazon has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered, so they were amazing about taking back the defective products.Love you all,True grace and peace in Christ.
