Please don't do that again!!!!

They false advertised about this system having as they said:"System includes advanced controller with built-in LCD screen lets you control and view the status"When i got it deliverd there was NO remote in the box, when i contacted they to find out why i did not get one, they said:"You got everything that you were suposed to"But their "I don't care" brings the worse in me and i hate that!
