Put some boom in my bonus room

Our bonus room has never been a high traffic area but it will now. We originally outfitted our main living area with a 5.1 system and it's been the focus of the house ever since.After reviewing tons of sound/speaker bar options I originally set out to get the Polk 3000. A quick trip to my local HH Gregg changed my mind when I heard the 3000 and 5000 side-by-side.While the 3000 will be a good option for a lot of consumers, the 5000 was worth the extra $100 to me for 3 reasons: Bluetooth connectivity, better sound clarity and subwoofer power, and the ability to pair the bar to an existing TV remote.This sound bar comes out of the box with a lot of boom but you have the option to tone it down which I love. The first movie I watched with the new setup was The Lincoln Lawyer which gave me the chance to dial in the subwoofer which ended up being about 10 dials down from the out-of-the-box settings.I highly recommend this for the reasons above but I also give it 5 stars for the ease of setup. 2 power cords and an optical cable and you're ready to roll. I also wanted to note that I experienced the wifi issues others reported only when I engaged the Bluetooth capability. After a quick hiccup after I set it up I haven't noticed any other interference but I am keeping my eye on it.

This sound bar has awesome sound. Fantastic with xbox. It is also great to play my music from my iphone with the wireless bluetooth. It was very easy to hook up to my tv however I had to hook each component up separately to the sound bar. It is capable of connecting up to three devices.

really loved it very loud and separate control for the sub woofer. I used it for my 52-inch TV. you should read other's review for audio quality. I am upgrading from PC desktop speaker so the audio is awesome to me. What I wanted is simple and easy setup. It has all. Basically just plugged in and worked. It is great for moving too. Pairing Bluetooth was smooth as well. Good price
