Good Enough For The Price

This product is good enough for its price. Though with just 3 paid internet apps and YouTube, they shouldn't have included the wireless device, it has a wired network interface anyway.Pros:- Easy Set Up- Network USB device worked fine (maybe the other guy had a defective unit)- Loud Clear Sound- Can Play XVID, Audio and Pictures from HDDCons:- Rear speaker cables are short- Cannot Play DIVXHopefully, there will be a stretch feature on the software updates so we can maximize our sets as Blu Ray movies often have 2.40:1 aspect ratio, causing black bars on the top and bottom of our screens.All in all, fair deal for me, though I would recommend the LHB-336.

very good for price

To be clear, I bought this 'used-very good' from amazon for $225 shipped. It was purely an open box but new item. My review is based on this price.For $225, this is very nice. My old all in one system, a JVC, had died so I needed a new one. Based on how often this gets used and the timing (needed it before weekend when company would be staying in the basement where it would be)(was not in the budget this month) I went cheap.It is a Blu Ray player. It is a 5.1 system. It has some on-line abilities (with included USB dongle).Sound? Not great, but decent. It will not knock your socks off if you have any experience with home theaters. But if you just have used a TV for sound, it will be a huge upgrade. The bass is decent in quantity, and a bit below average on quality. The sub is not a self powered unit - it is just powered via speaker wire like other speakers. The other speakers are small and plastic as you would expect, but look nice and sound decent.Cons:The wireless USB thing is about 3 inches long and connects to the front. Not ideal if you have small kids that might grab it. Or if you have to have this unit all the way to the front of a cabinet - that might get knocked or hit while walking by.The on-line is somewhat limited. Like Netflix and one other thing. No youtube, vimeo, etc. I have a roku to use with this system, so no worries.bottom line: if I paid $400 for this I would say it was okay. At $225 it is very nice. To me, there are too many refurb and open box home theater systems available at amazon ebay or other places to pay full prices. All these are essentially disposible 3-7 year systems anyway as they are all in one so if something fails, it is dead.

The Blu-ray home theater system unit has it all. The Blu-ray player and the surround sound syster made the 60 inch LCD HED TV perform like a theater.
