Awesome, awesome sound quality
By Royal
I bought these speakers on sale at Best Buy for $125. Got them home and connected them to my RX receiver(don't remember the model number). Before I mounted the speakers on the wall (a week later) they had already sounded awesome just sitting on the tv stand and side tables. But once I mounted all five speakers at the top of the walls.... GEEEEEEz! Awesome sound quality. Doesn't have to be super loud to be heard. Of course there are better speakers out there... But i garuntee you won't find anything as good as these for this price range. The subwoofer is outrageous. I love bass and am a big fan of the color bass can add to the audio of a movie.... this bass does just that. The speakers, the bass, and my Yamaha receiver make me feel like I'm sitting in a movie theater. This system actually makes me want to buy/rent dvd's instead of Googling them :-)

great speakers
By K. Belton
I bought these speakers used on amazon for $71 bucks and that price includes the shipping and handling. I wasn't sure what to expect from these speakers but after i hooked them up to my insigna receiver I was pleasantly surprised. I am a Bass lover and you will definitely get that with this speaker set. I recommend them if you are looking for good speakers and not looking to spend a ton of money.

Pleased wth. this speakers
By observer
I am quite satisfied with this speakers. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is fact that when I'm having very low volume, the treble can barely be heard. The higher volume generates impressive treble though. I compared them at Best Buy against Klipsch for 566 and was pleasantly surprise toward Insignia. To reinforce my statement I've recently read some interesting reviews where been said that good speakers are about design not a craftsmanship, so sometimes the author was farther concluding the sound quality of speakers are not dictated by price you pay.p.s. at BBuy they sell them for 156 + tax. Got mine here via 'Five Stars' for total 104.58 (final total 'out of my wallet' with s/h).
