Excellent System for 42" TV

I got this system for a 42" LG HDTV that I have in the master bedroom. The sound is significantly better than the TV speakers, much fuller and cleaner and I was surprised how good the bass was (adds a lot of depth). I have it connected via optical to a ROKU XS which is connected via HDMI to the TV. I attached it using brackets to the TV. The TV is attached to the wall via a swivel mount. If I move the TV, the speaker moves with it. Looks completly integrated with the TV. Movies and Pandora sound great. I have not had to turn it up past 12 for a nice loud sound. I use a Harmony Remote to control it. No real cons to speak of - I would have liked an HDMI port or two, but you can get the -A1 model if you need that. Very pleased with with my purchase.

This is a "recertified" SB4021m-A1

In a chat with Vizio support, I learned this is a recertified SB4021m-A1 and that it's warranty is 90 days instead of one year.The specifications are identical, so why is this more expensive than SB4021m-A1?
