Terrible Product & Even Worse Support from Amazon

Product was defective right out of the box. Subwooofer did not work and after the second day the speaker bar would turn itself on and off every few minutes. Boston Acoustics phone support was helpful. They even pronounced that the product was defective and should be returned. That was over three weeks ago and cannot get Amazon to process the return even after numerous email conversations. Amazon claims their Boston Acoustics distributor does not have the ability to accept returns. So, I'm stuck with a huge box sitting in my living room. Fortuntely, I've disputed the credit card charge. After doing more in-depth research, came across other buyers who had similar problems where the speaker bar and subwoofer were defective from the beginning. Went out and bought a Yamaha A1010 speaker bar and a Polk wireless subwoofer (and not from Amazon) for less money and am happy with the result. Bottom line -- poor product and completely unacceptable support from Amazon.
